I was skeptical about buying from a dealership because I used to work at one. However the salesman named Ralph was great. Wasn’t pushy and was %100 for the customer and not for the sale. I bought a 17 GMC 3500 and was happy until day 5 when a check engine light came on. Sheehy GMC sent a tow truck to my house which was 2 hours away and brought my truck back for repair. Instead of changing one fuel injector on my Diesel truck they changed all 8. Very expensive fix but they did it anyway. 10/10 would recommend.

Went there looking for a full size truck. Asked for them to email me the sales numbers so that I could plan accordingly. They failed to provide sales numbers and the sales rep likes to talk disparagingly about customers when he thinks they are not listening. This is not the place to shop for new vehicles.

I took my 2023 Yukon Denali here for an oil change and was informed of a recall. The reprogram caused 3 separate modules to fry which was blamed on an “aftermarket” part plugged in under my dash. After a week I asked for a loaner and was put in a Buick Encore, which is nothing similar to my vehicle. Do not, I repeat, do not buy a car from this place. They are absolutely untrustworthy. I bought a car with 29,000 miles and only put 3,900 miles on it before the transmission went bad. They not only would not do anything about it, but they declared my car as unbuyable on KBB so that others wouldn't buy it either. Their owner and sales staff did anything and everything to make promises when selling the vehicle, but then were absolute snakes when it came time to take care of their customer. Stay away at all costs.

I’d give them 0 stars if it was possible. I’ve had nothing but issues with this dealership since my first service. I just picked up my car that I brought in for an oil change and air filter replacement. My bill was almost $300 because they decided to add services I did not ask for. They did a state inspection and told me I needed new tires and it would be $1500. My inspection had just been done in October of 2023. MILITARY STAY AWAY!!! This was the worst experience I have had in 20 years. I have bought 6 cars in the last 9 months and 50 in the last 20 years. The sales Manager Tim is rude, communication amongst the staff is non existent, and if you don't buy a warranty you are a burden. If you are military, don't shop at Sheehy, their policies will ensure you are property taxed. I only gave them 1 star because I don't think you can give less.

The service is excellent. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is the waiting area. I typically wait for my vehicle for any scheduled service. My wife's care is serviced by Sheehy Toyota of Fredericksburg. Normally I bring work with me while i am waiting for service. I work remotely. At the sheehy buick gmc, there are chairs, but no available plugs, there really is no place to effectively work. At the Sheehy toyota, there are lots of options for areas to work. I just wish this could be improved on at the buick gmc location.

I had what I thought was a simple issue that turned out to be a major one that resulted in both front doors and the dashboard and center console being removed to replace a couple small air conditioning/heating parts. Ultimate’s staff led by Matt McCoy located the problem and fixed it. I love my 2017 Buick Encore now and am thankful that I took it to Ultimate. The dealer I bought it from, Midway , on the Eastern Shore of Maryland was no help.

This place is a mess. They cost me money because they said to hold my tags while they do paperwork for a transfer, after 2 months and an insurance violation due to that now they say they can't transfer between classes and now can't give me tags at all. Because of the violation they caused.

My only question is why ,do I have to pay personal property on a vehicle I lease and do not own?If I rented a house I wouldn't pay personal property. I like the truck I lease and have asked about a noise I hear but have been told they can't find it. Took car in to be appraised was told they would give a certain amount. I went back to sell vehicle 3 days later an they refused to buy vehicle. As soon as i waked in they were rude. I had this car in mind and walked out happy. A day later there was no spare and and an issue with the front rotors wobbling. Being used the dealer had no obligation however the spare tire and rotors were handled with the same professional and top notch regard as is if it was new. I will come back again and would recommend this dealership to anyone.

I had a issue with a GMC Savana that the two service consultants looked at, figured out what it probably was and even though I didn't have a appointment they figured out how to squeeze me in and get my work van back on the road in just a few hours. I saw a 2013 Tundra yesterday listed on the website at 13,956 I called to see if that truck was still there and told the sales man that I would be on my way if I could get the truck if you would honor the price you were advertising. My husband did the initial shopping and negotiating (visits 1 and 3). I went along for the test drive and final pickup/financing (visits 2 and 4). The test drive was super. Salesman DeAnte was super patient with me and put up with all my old-lady banter. Superviser Eric and finance officer Harry were also great to work with. And, I can't remember ever buying a car and having the salesman sit with me after the purchase to thoroughly explain all the bells and whistles. DeAnte gets double gold stars!
